EDM producer/DJ duo Lost Kings have been around for a few years, but right now they are building up steam for their biggest moment yet.

With their massive performance at the Electric Zoo mainstage and their recent hit collaboration with Sabrina Carpenter to create “First Love,” the pair, real names, Robert Abisi and Nick Shanholtz who hail from Los Angeles are more excited than ever to show the world what they can bring to the table.

Their video for the aforementioned song has racked up almost 4 million plays and on Spotify it has been streamed over 9 million times. Needless to say, there’s more coming from LK.

The two artists came into the PRO MOTION studio recently to chat about how they met, the struggle of being small artists, and not paying attention to the haters. While it may seem kitschy, one of the best points that was taken from this interview was to make always time to do hard work and before you know it, you’ll get to where you want to be.

Watch Lost Kings’ full interview below for a look into how they came up from meeting at a party to playing the mainstage at one of New York’s hottest festivals.

“First Love” (RCA) is available on Apple Music here.
