With the beginning of September here, Logic continues to ramp up the momentum for his hotly anticipated effort YSIV by releasing the cover art for the project Tuesday afternoon (September 4th).
Serving as an ode to his previous Sinatra installments as well as the man himself, Logic is found in mugshot mode. His art director, Sam Spratt, who drew the cover by hand, spoke about the inspiration behind the lyricist’s artwork in a post he made on Twitter.
YSIV album cover I drew for @logic301. For Young Sinatra's return, he knew ages ago he just wanted a simple throwback to the beginning: a love letter to the rattpack. No robots, wild colors, or labyrinthine easter eggs. Just a nod to where it started. https://t.co/F96jBOGi3R pic.twitter.com/SZDhKb0Ypj

As for Logic, he has already served a healthy helping of tracks, most notably his “YSIV Freestyle” and “The Return,” which signaled his return to his Sinatra roots. This September 28th release will be his first full-length project since his chart-topping mixtape Bobby Tarantino II.
