In the heat of his tug-of-war battle between Generation Now and Roc Nation, Lil Uzi Vert returns with two new tracks to start fans’ weeks off right.

After a slight delay, the tunes arrived Tuesday evening (April 9th). “Sanguine Paradise” finds the Philly native implementing a much more uptempo beat throughout the braggadocious song. “We be throwing money in a spiral/ Every time your girl hear a song, yeah I turn her right into my hoe/ She shake her ass and do the eye roll,” Uzi speedily raps. The recording is a departure from his slower and more deliberate flow that can be found on many of his productions.

On the other hand, “That’s a Rack” features a more predictable melancholic co-production from Internet Money’s Nick Mira. Uzi laments previous mistakes of trying to find love through social media. Listen to both creations that come courtesy of Warner Music below.

Lil Uzi Vert’s next album Eternal Atake is currently still on ice, but stays highly anticipated. The project originally made headlines when its artwork was compared to a death cult’s logo.
