Following developments from Corona Virus, Lady Gaga has indefinitely postponed the release of her highly-anticipated Chromatica album. With just one single from the project already released, and fans clamoring for as much updated information available, the “Poker Face” singer dropped some much-needed news.
This past week, Lady Gaga took to social media to announce the complete full length track listing and cover art. In a subtle move, the Grammy-winning artist also tagged a ton of her collaborators on the project, including Skrillex, Bloodpop, Axwell, Madeon, Tchami, Ariana Grande, BLACKPINK, and Elton John, confirming a collection that plays to a variety of musical tastes. While the New York native was originally rumored to be working with multiple high-level musicians, this recent unveiling confirmed and denied what fans were speculating on. Check out her post here.
Due to theCOVID-19 pandemic Gaga has refrained from confirming an exact release date stating “while I believe art is one of the strongest things we have to provide joy and healing to each other during times like this, it just doesn’t feel right for me to release this album …. I will announce a new 2020 release date soon.” Though fans can’t count on a specific date, they can still have a taste of the album via her “Stupid Love” single courtesy of Interscope Records.
