Hot off the release from her most recent track and video “Stupid Love,” Lady Gaga is spilling the beans on her upcoming album.
Announced on Monday (March 2nd) the long-awaited release date for the 33-year-old’s sixth studio album was revealed. Titled Chromatica, the project executive produced by BloodPop and Gaga herself, will be available to stream and purchase starting on April 10th courtesy of Interscope Records.
Along with announcing the hotly-anticipated collection, the New York native provided some temporary artwork. On her Instagram, the superstar posted a photo of a pink symbol above the phrase “LG-6” (an abbreviation fans have long used to reference her sixth album) to drop the news, but assured fans that the image is not the final cover art for the album. “This is not the album cover but we made it for you to enjoy in the meantime,” she wrote.
Chromatica will arrive in multiple formats, including CD, different vinyl colors, along with an exclusive clear LP on the singer’s website.
