In a surprise move this past weekend, Kanye West teased a new track titled “Believe What I Say.”

The rapper and presidential hopeful took to Twitter on Saturday (September 26th) to post a 38-second clip of the song that samples Lauryn Hill‘s 1998 hit “Doo Wop (That Thing)” accompanied by a video shot from a boat.

Featuring the deciphered lyrics “You ask him to feel protected/ And still feel protected …. Just one time for the record/ Just one time for the record/ Don’t agree with the message/ Don’t agree with the methods,” West puts his stamp on the song per below.

Earlier this Summer, Kanye announced that his next album, Donda, would arrive late-July yet the release, which he said would be accompanied by a movie, has yet to be released.
