Looks like Justin Bieber won’t be back in Argentina anytime soon. TMZ reports that the “Sorry” singer is being indicted for a violent incident that went down three years ago.

The issue began when the Biebs angered fans at a 2013 concert by allegedly sweeping an Argentinian flag off the stage in Buenos Aires. He later claimed that it was a shirt.

After leaving the venue, Bieber allegedly ordered his bodyguards to beat down a photographer. The victim also alleges they then stole his money and photo gear. A judge sent out a warrant for his arrest, then canceled it.

Bieber has not traveled to the country since, just in case they arrest him.

Despite this, loyal Argentinian Beliebers are more than willing to overlook his wrongdoings, as fans were reported to be marching the streets with signs that read “Argentina Needs Justin” and “Right to Music.”

A heartfelt Justin took to Twitter saying , “Argentina I do love you. It is in fact one of my favorite places to tour. I wish this was not the case. My lawyers say it is what it is.”

His Purpose World Tour will be embarking to South America in 2017, however Argentina is not one of the stops.
