On Monday night, comedian Jerry Seinfeld attended the National Night of Laughter and Song event at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. He was approached by Kesha during an interview and was very hesitant to hug her.
The whole, awkward moment was captured on video by 94.7 Fresh FM radio host Tommy McFly, who was in the middle of interviewing Seinfeld when Kesha emerged to profess her admiration for the actor, saying “I’m Kesha, I love you so much! Can I give you a hug?”
He respectfully responded with a quick “no thanks” but Kesha kept trying. After the incident, Seinfeld admitted, “I don’t know who that was.” Just for future reference, maybe Kesha shouldn’t ambush people in the middle of their interviews.
