With many an artist using their social media profiles to broadcast live sets in the midst of the Corona Virus pandemic, it’s sometimes hard to figure out which one to watch. While it seems that everyone’s doing it, there are a few that aren’t taking advantage of this opportunity and time.

Originally adamant about the stream life, Bassnectar subsequently changed his tune in preparation for upcoming releases though he ultimately provided a less-than-stellar broadcast that many felt was disappointing. Getter also refused to go live, likening the experience to listening to Spotify. Illenium has respectfully declined to show off to his devotees, citing his work on new material. “Just wanted to quickly address the live streaming a set thing,” he stated in a post from his personal account in his Illenials Facebook family group. “I won’t be live streaming any sets during this time.”

The San Francisco native continued, saying “The main reason is because I don’t have a new amazing show to showcase and ascend just finished and that’s online everywhere. I’m loving how supporting the community is of the other artists doing streams but I’m really focusing on music right now and saving the live experience for our first time back together in a proper setting. Couldn’t be more stoked on the music I’m currently working on thought!! Lots of dope stuff to come! Love y’all.”
