Two days ago, Flume announced his new collaborative EP with Reo Cragun and today, July 31st, the Quits EP is officially here and it is beautiful!

The Future Classic-released collection is comprised of three tracks, each one featuring the same two artists. Flume uses his ability to create wildly inventive productions over which the “Friends” artist sings lyrics like “I’m calling quits (Calling quits)/ She lead me on then leave me lone/ Let’s call it quits (Call it quits).” Listen to the creative Quits here.

The Australian producer/DJ spoke to Zane Lowe on Beats 1 about the EP: “This EP is us as a friendship, hanging out, just making tracks, having too many good songs and we’re like, ‘We need to get these out into the world.’ So we were like, ‘Let’s just do an EP.’ So we put them all together, and there you have it. The Quits EP.” For those wondering if they’ll hear these songs live, Cragun confirmed that he will be joining Flume on “pretty much all the dates,” so fans can expect to experience “Quits,” “Levitate” and “Friends” in real time.
