Fetty Wap has been sued over his hit single “Trap Queen,” TMZ reports.

Danish musician, Lazar Lakic has sued the New Jersey rapper and his producer Tony Fadd, claiming that he “purchased the exclusive rights” to the song’s instrumental, and has not received any monetary compensation for the song’s chart topping success.

According to TMZ, Lakic said that Fadd tried to buy back the rights to the “Trap Queen” instrumental–originally titled as “Hello”– in January 2015, just before the song reigned on the Billboard Hot 100.

Lakic is reportedly suing for the song’s profits and wants all copies of “Trap Queen” destroyed and all sales of the track ceased immediately. Wap’s attorney has told TMZ that that he “legally bought the beat from Fadd” and has a contract as proof.

Fetty Wap’s debut single “Trap Queen” has gone quadruple Platinum and spent 12 consecutive weeks in the top 10 of Billboard’s Hot 100. Revisit the video below.
