Interesting move on behalf of Justin Bieber fans, who are actually pleading for him to cancel his UK tour dates.
A group of Beliebers is lobbying to have his UK tour dates canceled after Monday’s Manchester Arena bombing following an Ariana Grande concert that killed 22 people and left dozens more injured.
Many of the requests to cancel the tour dates in Cardiff and London are being directed at the “Purpose” singer’s manager, Scooter Braun, who is also Ariana Grande’s manager and made the decision to pull the plug on the rest of Ariana’s tour dates. While fans still want to see their favorite artist, they are weighing that experience against another possible attack happening.
@scooterbraun I beg you please cancel Justin's UK stop. It's for his and many others safety. Please! I'm begging.

As touring is such a large money-maker for most artists, it is a tough choice to even cancel one or two shows. For reference, music industry publication Pollstar reported that Grande grossed more than $25 million from touring between April 2016-April 2017, while Bieber grossed $163 million in 2016.
Jim Donio, who is the president of the Music Business Association, said he would be surprised to see artists cancelling tours because of the attack at the Grande concert. He said fans will be more aware and prepared. No doubt, security, venues, police and relevant authorities will all be beefed up in the coming months following this tragic attack.
