The Sunday headlining spots for Tomorrowland have remained open since the full lineup first dropped some time ago, but now the festival has subtly added names to the weekend one slot and fans are not impressed.

While the possibility of Swedish House Mafia loomed overhead, the world-renowned gathering made the decision to add 3 Are Legend (Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike + Steve Aoki) to the headlining position for the first weekend. In addition, the time for the set has been reduced from 1 hour and 30 minutes to just 50 minutes.

For the fans, this booking is a loss for the festival. The “Turbulence” producer is already playing the main stage on Friday and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike are playing the same venue on Saturday, so the choice to combine them into one act comes across as lazy from the crowd’s point of view. With Tomorrowland set to commence this Friday (July 19th), attendees are still hoping to experience Swedish House Mafia closing out weekend two. Stay tuned for more possible information on the situation.
