Earth, Wind & Fire have announced a co-headlining tour with Chic featuring Nile Rodgers. “2054 The Tour” will take the two iconic groups across North America, including Chicago, Washington D.C., New York, Nashville, Toronto, and more.

“There was a time when we could only dream of ‘seeing’ Earth, Wind & Fire live, now we get the honor of sharing the stage together,” Chic frontman Nile Rodgers said in a statement. “Get your feet ready for a deluge of hits.”

Rodgers received the Award for Musical Excellence from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame earlier this month. Chic’s new album, It’s About Time is slated for release this year according to Rodgers.

Earth, Wind & Fire are currently on their own tour, including dates at Fleetwood Mac’s “Classic East and Classic West” festivals. The band lost founding member and leader Maurice White last year.
