Following the super success of her most recent album Future Nostalgia that pays homage to the 1970’s Disco sound, Dua Lipa ups the ante with an accompanying remixed album.
The 24-year-old took to social media on Tuesday night to announce an entire album’s worth of new takes, with a starry list of collaborators joining the full-length reboot. Originally, fans of the British born artist assumed that a single remix, “Levitating,” featuring Madonna and Missy Elliott, would be a one-off, but a week following it’s release, Club Future Nostalgia: The Remix Album will arrive on August 21.
In additional news it seems that Gwen Stefani will be joining Dua for a new version of “Levitating” that was remixed by mega-producer Mark Ronson, who’s featured amongst the women in a piece of artwork accompanying the post. Some have also hypothesized that other collaborators such as Normani, will be part of the project given “clues” in the artwork as well as previous admissions by the “IDGAF” singer.
