Drake‘s two new tracks are already hits with fans and they didn’t see them coming!

On Saturday (February 29th), the Canadian lyricist delivered a late night surprise in the form of two new songs. The creations, titled “When to Say When” and “Chicago Freestyle,” address a range of topics, from fatherhood to an astounding 500 weeks of Billboard chart success. And within hours of the recordings making their way to the internet, people were already sounding off.

“I don’t care what anyone says @Drake is the greatest alive,” one fan tweeted. Another noted the 33-year-old’s trend of dropping two tracks at the same time, saying “Drake two packs have been formulaic over the past 5 years, it’s been: Drop a Pop smash with mass appeal, and drop a bar heavy song so people don’t forget he raps. This is different. This is just two phenomenal songs with no agenda.”

Unfortunately, at this time the songs are not available on streaming services and we don’t know if they will ever be. In the meantime, check out some of the fan reactions here.
