One of the most prolific deejays/producer/artist’s today, Diplo follows his recent involvement with Major Lazer, LSD, a solo country album and spear heading his new, Higher Ground, house label and original Mad Decent record company, with the soon-to-be resurrected Silk City project with Mark Ronson.

Per a recent post to social media, the “Express Yourself,” producer teased the duo’s dormant experiment with a staircase visual leading up to a dancehall, complete with disco ball and “Silk City” neon sign. Supported by a calming but jazzy melody playing in the background, hough subtle in its approach, the clip points to a remarkable reunion of two amazing musical minds.

The creative pairing’s last original single came in the form of Silk City’s #1* Billboard Dance Club Songs charting, “Electricity” featuring Dua Lipa in 2018 followed by though their remix of “Missing U” by Robyn in 2019.
