The reinvented Dead and Company has news sure to excite as the reinvented Grateful Dead (less Jerry Garcia) are coming back for another Summer tour in 2019.

The band, made up of original Grateful Dead members Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann and Bob Weir, joined by other world-renowned musicians John Mayer, Allman Brothers’ bassist Oteil Burbridge and RatDog keyboardist Jeff Chimenti, will kick off their tour on May 31st in Mountain View, California at the Shoreline Amphitheatre.

Dead and Company first formed in the fall of 2015 with two sold-out shows at Madison Square Garden and ended the year with two more sold-out performances at the ‘Fabulous’ Forum in Inglewood, California. Since then, the band has completed five tours, playing to more than 1.5 million fans in total, and has become a record-breaking stadium act, surpassing Wrigley Field’s all-time attendance record in 2017.

Tickets for the new tour will go on sale to the general public on December 8th at 10 a.m. local time through whereas American Express and Citi card members can purchase tickets for select shows on Tuesday, December 4th at 10 a.m. A variety of additional pre-sales will be available as of Monday, (December 3rd), at 10 a.m. Check for complete tour information.
