Daddy Yankee has officially been confirmed to perform on The Late Late Show With James Corden. The Puerto Rican Reggaeton artist will be the first-ever Spanish-language performer on the show when it airs Wednesday (March 20th) on CBS.

The 42-year-old Latin icon will perform his Universal Music-released hit “Con Calma” featuring Snow. The track is heavily based off of the latter rapper’s 1992 sensation “Informer” except now with a modern twist. The collab spurred a social media sensation that had thousands of fans posting their own dance videos.

In 2018, Daddy Yankee earned 10 Guinness World Record titles for his achievement as the first Latin artist to reach #1 on Spotify (confirmed July 9th, 2017.) He received seven commendations for the success of the global smash “Despacito,” performed alongside Luis Fonsi, and two additional titles for topping Billboard‘s Latin Rhythm Airplay chart. Listen to Daddy Yankee’s newest hot release in anticipation of Wednesday’s TV performance.
