Like every major music event, the Corona Virus quarantine has effected the LGBTQ+ community. In many cities this years Pride event has been pushed back leaving many to speculate whether there will be a 2020 celebrate at all. However, to offer hope, there will be a special streamed show this week.

On Monday (April 20th), RuPaul’s Drag Race production company, World of Wonder, and The Stonewall Inn Gives Back initiative unveiled their plans for Stonewall Gives Back! A Live-Streaming Concert For the LGBTQ+ Nightlife Community. Scheduled for Thursday, April 23rd, on the WOWPresents YouTube channel, the event aims to raise money for a fund from which LGBTQ nightlife industry professionals can apply for emergency assistance during these challenging times.

Stonewall Gives Back! will be hosted by Drag Race judge Michelle Visage and YouTube personality Tyler Oakley, with performances and exhibitions from superstar allies and members Cyndi Lauper, Troye Sivan, Alan Cumming, Allie X, Betty Who, Carlie Hanson, Darren Hayes, Dave Mizzoni, Greyson Chance, Issac Dunbar, John Cameron Mitchell, Kim Petras, Kristin Chenoweth and many more.
