Coldplay appeared on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” last evening. The seven-time-Grammy-winning band not only delivered a visually-enhanced performance of “Up&Up” and “A Head Full of Dreams“, but also shared some exclusive Super Bowl stories as well. “I was so out of my head, I don’t remember any of it. We were so high!” lead singer Chris Martin jokes.
In commenting on a picture of the band performing onstage with Beyoncé and Bruno Mars at the event: “Bruno wanted to have a dance off. And I came in last,” Martin laughs. Fallon immediately quipped back by saying “if Bruno Mars wants a dance off, you run far away” before following up with “I know for a fact you can dance.” We then see a clip of the two racing, but movement is restricted to them doing “the worm.”
