After sustaining injuries, working with a baby bump, and now sharing a new album, Carrie Underwood has had quite the eventful year.
The country superstar and former American Idol contestant released her highly-anticipated sixth studio album at midnight, featuring the previously-released works “Love Wins,” the Ludacris-assisted “The Champion,” and its title track, “Cry Pretty.”
Though just hours before Cry Pretty’s release, Underwood shared the music video for “Love Wins.” She explained the song as being “hopeful” and that, “it’s saying no matter who you are, what you feel, what you think, we’re all human beings. We all deserve love. We all deserve respect and we all should try to show that to one another.”
