Last night, Britney Spears delivered the ultimate VMAs comeback. Alongside G-Eazy, the pop icon performed her hit single “Make Me…” off of her newest album Glory. Towards the middle of the song, the duo seamlessly incorporated the Bay Area rapper’s hit “Me, Myself & I.”
What’s more intimidating is the fact that Britney had to follow Beyoncé’s visually stunning 15-minute-long performance. While many speculate the nature of the scheduling, Spears made the best of the situation. She gave a heated performance, with Eazy’s bars naturally complementing her singing. All in all, fans unanimously agree she’s achieved redemption from her 2007 VMA’s debacle.
