As COVID-19 remains prevalent throughout the U.S. and artists organize regularly-programmed performances with caution, Billie Eilish‘s NPR Tiny Desk Concert took place on August 26th.

Accompanied by her songwriter/producer brother, Finneas, the live performance saw the Grammy-decorated vocalist shuffle through such musical staples as “My Future,” and 2019’s “Everything I Wanted.” Sparse instrumentation of a guitar and keyboard accompanied their dreamy and but powerful vocals as the 18-year-old superstar took time in between songs to explain each compositions origin and meaning.

The inaugural performance was broadcast from Eilish’s home proving, once again, that the starlet and her sibling would not be hampered by pandemic-related restrictions.
