Jay-Z is giving his summer album 4:44 a very comprehensive visual treatment. He’s released videos for nine of the album’s songs’ so far, most recently releasing clips for “Marcy Me,” “Legacy,” and “Smile.” Now, according a preview on Tidal’s social media account, he’s putting out a clip for “Family Feud,” a 4:44 track with some obvious autobiographical resonances.
Given Beyoncé’s commanding, stern presence in the trailer, the scenes in a confessional, and some of the other intimate reenactments included, it seems like the clip will be sufficiently provocative. Blue Ivy makes an appearance as well.
The full video drops Friday (Dec. 29) on TIDAL, which is currently promoting a free preview membership for the holidays that solely requires your email to sign up.

There have been rumors for years now that Beyonce and Jay-Z are working on a collaboration, and now it seems the idea of a joint effort between the husband and wife team is getting closer to reality. Last month, Jay-Z confirmed that an album by the two of them exists, saying:
“It happened — we were using our art almost like a therapy session. And we started making music together. And then the music she was making at that time was further along. So her album came out as opposed to the joint album that we were working on. Um, we still have a lot of that music.”
