Following her #1* dance singles “No Tears Left To Cry,” “God Is A Woman,” “Breathin” and “Thank U, Next,” Ariana Grande‘s “7 Rings” has jumped from being the #28* Hot Shot Debut to this week’s #12* Greatest Gainer on the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart.

Released by Republic Records, the track revolves around the melody of The Sound of Music‘s “My Favorite Things” in the verses, with an expensive lyrical twist detailing: “Breakfast at Tiffany’s/And bottles of bubbles/Girls with tattoos who like getting in trouble/Lashes and diamonds, ATM machines/Buy myself all of my favorite things.” The chorus further features a flow very similar to Soulja Boy’s “Pretty Boy Swag” as the Grammy nominated vocalist brags about getting what she wants.

The song from Ariana’s latest album has gotten a boost within the club culture community via remixes conducted by Barry Harris, Dirty Disco and Division 4. Every new take was constructed by each DJ/producer adding their own personal flare, ensuring they would have maximum dance floor impact.

“7 Rings” and its accompanying music video mirror each other as the clip shows off the lavish and extremely pink lifestyle of Billboard’s 2018 Woman of the Year which she refers to in the recording. Listen to this week’s #12* Greatest Gainer through its gaudy visual here.
