Yesterday was Alicia Keys’ 35th birthday and although hubbie Swizz Beats probably showered her in Versace and diamonds, she was kind enough to give her fans the gift of a music.

The “In Common” singer shared a new song entitled “That’s What’s Up” along with an accompanying video she posted on Facebook and YouTube.

The inspirational track samples Kanye West’s “Low Lights,” which hails from The Life of Pablo. The first verse comes directly from ‘Ye’s “Low Lights,” then Keys adds her own lyrics to a similar beat.

In the lo-fi visual, Keys takes us on a mini-tour of her digs, showing her gratitude for her life and blessings as she sips red wine in her bathtub.

“Ladies and gentlemen, allow me my testimony / I’m so blessed, I’m so blessed,” she soulfully sings along to the recorded track, adding that “It feels so good / it feels so good / so good to be free.”
